that's ideal for commercial fishing vessels, large pleasure
boats and cruisers it's high resolution LCD 10.4"
TFT Color displays C-MAP NT, the next generation of electronic
cartography.
SEAWAVE's sleek, innovative design features a double slot
for easy storage of four data cartridges and a unique
one touch "MOB" key, which brings up display
of bearing and distance back to point of M.O.B. (Main-Over-Board)
emergency.
SEAWAVE can be connected to any RS 232 IBM compatible
printer to print information displayed on the screen.
Optional video output is vailable for rempote display.
An unlimited amount of information can be stored and later
retrieved from SEAWAVE's floppy disk drive.
A special software package is available to read floppy
disks on a standard desktop IBM compatible PC so valuable
information can be shared.
Other software features include: VRM, EBL, Anchor Alarm
Watch, TDs, Loran Chain Drawing and 7 different languages
(more will be available in 1999).
SEAWAVE hosts C-MAP's new NT technology, the ultimate
in horizonatlly seamless electronic charting.
C-MAP NT lets you choose the amount of detail you want,
zoom In or Out to view coastlines, Port Info, Tide Display,
Track Following, depth contours, restrictions, nearest
ports, nav-aids, spot soundings and other charting information.
And lets you customize charts by adding your own details.
